This website is dedicated to the people I grew up with in and around Dukinfield. We had a magnificent bunch of individuals and many a good evening or day was spent in their company. Growing up was a pleasure :)

The concept for the website was brought about by stumbling upon several old pictures of the Dukinfield area and of course one thing led to another and within a few days a massive amount of memories and information, on a personal, friendly and an interest level appeared. So much so that it seemed to make sense to try and pull all of this together in some way before it is lost forever in the sands of time . . .

Please be patient, things will become more involved and available as family, friends and others add their little comments and memoires too.

Meanwhile, browse our small but growing gallery here . If you have any photographs, old or new, then please forward them to me and I will try to incorporate them into the website.

There is now a basic forum running here . You will be required to register and then have that request authenicated which can take upto 48 hrs. This is to reduce the number of unwanted persons on the forum. Once registered, you can add your stories and read others. You can see what your friends are upto 40 years on and let them know what you are upto. If you feel there are other sections or ideas then please join in and send me an email with your suggestions.
